Let us know when and what you're trying to make a reservation for & we'll get it added to the calendar.

Reserving a park/facility/venue starts with filling in the form on the individual park reservation pages.

If you're able to:
[a] provide necessary contact information,
[b] agree to the terms of the rental, and
[c] pay the associated fees,

...you'll be well on your way to reserving the facility that best matches your needs.

You'll be asked to provide contact info so the facility can be reserved under a personal name and address to refund the deposit by mail following your use. If the park/facility/venue of your choice is unavailable for any reason, you will be notified & ALL fees will be refunded. Cancellation must occur 72 hours before the event, or deposits shall be forfeited.  All events must end by 11 pm including clean up.  All music, including live entertainment and the use of speakers may be played in accordance with the Town of Little Mountain Noise Ordinance. An adult, 21 years of age or older present must be present during the event. For indoor facilities, thermostats may not be adjusted.  Tampering with thermostats may be grounds for loss of deposit. All park restrooms should be locked, and all lights and fans turned off when leaving. All trash and debris including decorations must be removed. All tables and/or chairs must be placed back as you found them.  Failure to remove trash and replacing tables and chairs will be grounds for loss of deposit. No smoking or open flame candles are allowed in indoors.  No adhesives, nails, screws, paints, toxic materials, glue, or any devices are to be used or affixed to tables, walls, floors, or doors (inside or outside). No sidewalk chalk. Smoke machines, sparklers, rice, confetti, and glitter are strictly prohibited.  Birdseed and bubble machines may be used at outdoor facilities only.

Absolutely no alteration to any infrastructure or structure is allowed. Any tampering with electrical or water supplies will result in loss of deposit and any additional fee charged to pay for all repairs.

Ask for additional information that pertains to Special Events.

Confirmation that we've received your form submission IS NOT confirmation of your reservation.

This will be followed up with you directly by the Town Clerk: Cindy Farr.
If you have questions for her, Cindy can be reached by phone 803-605-8777.

Enjoy the facilities for your reserved time.  Pick up and return the keys as directed by the town clerk .

Maintenance Crew check following completion & cleanup of your event.

Following your use of the park, maintenance crews will inspect the condition the facilities were left in, which based on the terms, should be the condition you found them in when you arrived.

At the time maintenance confirms all the conditions of the rental were followed, the deposit will be refunded by mail to the address provided with reservation in the form below.

By mail, using the address you provided in your booking request via the form on the park pages.
