The following venues owned by the municipality of Little Mountain, South Carolina can be scheduled for use by the day, for the fees listed below, by selecting the venue from the drop-down list at the bottom of this page. All fees must be paid in full in order to reserve a venue. Keys must be picked up and returned to the town clerk.
Requirements of Use
- Notify the town clerk if alcohol will be served or sold at your event
- Ensure that restrooms are locked, and all lights and fans are turned off when leaving.
- Arrangements will need to be made with the Town Clerk to pick up the keys to the restrooms. Return keys to the drop box at town hall after your event.
- Remove all trash and debris. If any tables are moved, they must be placed back as you found them.
- When paying by check, make check payable to the Town of Little Mountain, PO Box 154, Little Mountain, SC 29075.

DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED IF TRASH AND DEBRIS ARE REMOVED AFTER USE AND NO DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED TO TOWN PROPERTY. IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE LOCATION, THE USER MUST NOTIFY THE TOWN CLERK IMMEDIATELY.

The user shall be responsible for the safety of guests and invitees. The user shall indemnify and hold the Town of Little Mountain harmless against any claims of personal injury, property damage or loss by the user or anyone using the venues while rented to the user resulting from the use and activities of the user. The town may require proof of financial responsibility of the user or the existence of applicable insurance. The user will pay for any and all expenses associated with any and all property damaged caused by the user, guests or invitees of the user. All cancellations should be made 72 hours ahead of scheduled event or the user forfeits deposit and user fee.
