Introducing the Town of Little Mountain Business Partnership
Business Directory Board
The Town of Little Mountain is dedicated to helping your business thrive. We are happy to announce a new partnership for businesses within our town and the immediate area. A new business directory board will soon be located at the corner of Pomaria and Main Streets. The board will welcome citizens and visitors to our business district. The directory will create a local listing and eliminate the need for individual business yawn and yard signs helping to maintain the village like atmosphere in Little Mountain.
The board will consist of individual placards measuring 8” x 43” and hold twelve (12) business names with the possibility of expansion. Each business will determine the wording on the placard within those dimensions.
For businesses with a TOLM business license, there will be a one-time fee of $60 dollars to cover the cost of the placard. For businesses outside of town there will be an initial fee of $60 to cover the cost of the placard plus an annual fee of $60 (Your first-year fee is $120). The annual cost for businesses outside of the town will be $60 after the initial year.
As of March 1, 2021, in accordance with the town’s zoning ordinance, individual signs will be removed and can be picked up outside of town hall.
